We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Venmo. 

All live plant and animal sales are final. While we are happy to offer additional care information, we cannot be responsible for the health of any living thing once it has left our direct care. On all non-live product, we will accept returns within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition. Please note that clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for return. All accepted returns are subject to a 5% payment processing fee for all non-cash payment methods.

Yes, we offer delivery services to our customers within the greater Seattle metro. Minimum delivery amount of $25.00. Additional charges may apply based on the distance.
